We stopped for about 15-20 minutes to swim, take a small hike and have water and snacks. The clear water and green color is very pretty. You will get your feet wet getting in and out of the kayak however you can go barefoot if rocks don’t bother you much. I wore a long sleeve dry fit shirt for some sun protection. You are pretty much in the sun the entire trip. Overall great experience and highly recommendz”
